Bright Focus Foundation

• Two Story, 32,000 SF Corporate Headquarters Building for the non-profit Bright Focus Foundation, formerly American Health Assistance Foundation (AHAF). The foundation funds medical research in the areas of Alzheimer’s disease, Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma
• BCA master planned the site
• BCA provided programming services which shaped the building design and interior spaces
• BCA programmed the interior spaces
• The precast concrete veneer system was selected over other conventional construction options to facilitate construction through winter months and to support the high-tech image of the medical research relationship
• The building was developed and constructed under a Design/Build format, with Developer/Contractor Manekin LLC
