Bon Fresco

• 2,720 SF, 57 seat, Deli/Restaurant located on the first floor of a 2-story office building
• BCA, designed and incorporated the necessary infrastructure (including roof mounted HVAC equipment, fire rated duct shafts, and grease interceptors) to serve a future Deli into the initial shell construction.
• BCA, with Bon Fresco, integrated and coordinated the full-service kitchen equipment with the M.E.P. consultants. The Team driven design approach created a light, airy, and inviting Deli/Restaurant for the office tenant and the surrounding 15 building Konterra Business Campus.
• The Project Team consisted of the Tenant – Bon Fresco, Landlord/Developer – Konterra Realty, LLC, and the Contractor – Manekin Construction, LLC.
