Clarksville Elementary School

• BCA designed two separate Addition/Renovation Projects 6 years apart
• BCA first designed a Systemic Renovation to 45,000 SF Existing Facility and a 14,000 SF Classroom Addition, as well as parking and playfield improvements
• BCA then designed Renovations to the 59,000 SF Existing Facility which included window replacements, Art Suite improvements and Resources. The 3,000 SF Addition included the Administration Core and a New Translucent Entry Canopy
• Both projects were delivered in a Construction Management format with Oak Contracting LLC and Dustin Construction
