Harford County Public Schools A.A. Roberty Building

• Four Story, 73,000 SF Office, Administration, and Public Meeting Facility
• BCA designed the building in Shell and Interior Fit-out segments to facilitate the fast-track schedule of the Project
• BCA also provided Programming, Space Planning, and Interior Design services
• The Project was completed under a Development Team format consisting of Manekin LLC and Clark Turner
• The Project earned LEED Gold Certification
• The Project earned the NAIOP 2006 Award of Excellence for the Best Environmentally Friendly Building
